Payment Methods:
We accept company purchase orders. For all other orders we require a credit card. Place your order conveniently on our website contact us email or by giving us a call.

Returns:
Authorized returns must be initiated by phone. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.  Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned. Defective, shipping-damaged, or misprinted items will be promptly replaced.

Catalogs:
For your convenience, we do not offer print catalogs. All orders can be seamlessly placed through our website or over the phone.

Shipping and Ship Dates:
Most orders are processed in 2 to 3 days. While our turnaround times or expected ship dates don't account for transit time, our Rush Order items offer 1 day shipping for orders received by 3:00 pm EST on a workday. Orders placed after this time or on the weekend ship on the next workday. Please note that Rush Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process.
